1. The student, when receiving a CNPq scholarship, must know and comply with the rules of the PIBIC-CNPq program.

2. The scholarship holder must dedicate at least 12 hours per week to his/her scientific initiation. This time may be divided between practical activities and studies, always related to his/her scientific project.

3. Communications from the IAMSPE IC Coordination will be made by email, registered by the student. The scholarship holder cannot be unaware of the information disclosed in this way.

4. The IC student must attend Cici - IAMSPE Scientific Initiation Congress/2022 (date to be determined) and participate in CiCi 2023, to be held in the 2nd semester of 2023, to present the work developed, in the form of an oral presentation or poster presentation.

5. You must submit two scientific activity reports within the deadlines set out above. They must be structured as follows: I request that the reports be structured as follows: Cover with identification (name of the work, student and advisor) and signatures); Introduction; Objectives; Materials and Methods; Results; Discussion (Results and Discussion may be presented in a single item); References.

6. If a report is rejected, a replacement must be sent within 15 days. If a partial report is rejected, the scholarship holder will be removed from the program and, if the scholarship holder is a scholarship holder, the quota will be transferred to another student.

7. In the event of withdrawal for any reason, the student and his/her advisor must immediately inform the Postgraduate Committee so that the scholarship can be transferred, thus preventing both from becoming ineligible to compete for other scholarships.
