• Encourage the training of researchers with solid and integrated training, based on active research centers and groups, enabling them to develop high-level scientific and technological research, autonomously produce quality knowledge and enable them to train human resources in the area of research and teaching.

• Training of teaching staff for higher education institutions and teaching hospitals, with training in critical reading of literature, obtaining data and its interpretation.

• Systematic production of high quality, with institutional links, in journals with international circulation.

• Construction of integrative research projects in different areas of knowledge.
